Adding A Markup Amount To Your Servers

When you link up a server to Connectwise you can now also specify a markup amount that will be passed to Connectwise, eliminating the need for you to add the extra amount later.

There are several types of markup that you can select.

Default Markup (if configured)

Default markup (if configured) will use the markup that you've specified in the Connectwise connector page.  If no default markup has been set then no markup will be applied.

Percentage

Percentage allows you to add a percentage markup to the server cost that gets passed to Connectwise.  For example, if you set the markup percentage to be 10% and the server total for the month is $100, then $110 will be passed to Connectwise.

Fixed Dollar Amount 

Fixed Dollar Amount will add the value that you enter to the total amount passed to Connectwise.  For example, if you enter in 20 and the server cost is $60, then $80 will be passed to Connectwise.


Percentage With Fixed Minimum Dollar Markup

Percentage With Fixed Minimum Dollar Markup allows you to specify a percentage and a fixed dollar amount, and which ever one is larger will be used in the calculation.  For example, if you enter in 20 for the percentage and 40 as the dollar amount, then if the percentage amount is less than the dollar amount, the dollar amount will be added to the total passed to Connectwise.

No Markup

No Markup will pass only the server cost to Connectwise with no markup added.
